About Visit Salalah & our sources

Visit Salalah publishes travel-planning information about Dhofar and helps visitors enquire about tours with independent local operators. We are an online intermediary, not a registered travel agency or a tour operator. An enquiry does not reserve a tour; the operator confirms availability, inclusions, final price and booking terms.

How to use the guides

Destination and seasonal articles help you compare ideas before contacting an operator. Monthly weather figures and displayed prices are planning estimates, not live readings or guaranteed offers. Waterfall flow, sea conditions and tour routes can change. Confirm practical details with the relevant operator or authority before travel.

Travel rules and entry requirements can change without notice. For visa decisions, check your circumstances with the Royal Oman Police rather than relying on a summary here. We do not assign an “updated” date unless the underlying guidance has actually been checked.
